Most orders ship in about 3-5 business days. Custom pieces will take longer - please refer to individual items for processing time frames. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrives 2-4 days after the item has shipped. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when it’s on the way!
I do my best to package every order to arrive safely, but hey - things happen! You have 14 calendar days from the date the item ships to notify me of a damaged item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures to show the damage to the item. Once accepted, a new item will be provided and shipped within 5 business days.
My wish is that you love your product! If for some reason you would like to return, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com. Please note that used, digital, and discounted/final sale items cannot be returned. Custom orders are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any shipping costs.
All drinkware products feature an outdoor-grade permanent adhesive vinyl. The products fair well when microwaved. However, dishwasher is known to wear off the designs. Please hand wash only!
I do not keep open slots for custom orders, as it depends on my current inventory and availability. Certain listings are already listed as "custom" or "personalized". My email list is the first to know when I open up custom slots. Sign up here!
I do not currently offer gift wrapping. However, if you leave a gift message during check out, it will be personally hand written on a tag and tied on your product in a neat bow.

For envelope calligraphy, plan to book 5-6 months ahead of your wedding. For wedding signage and decor, you should book 2-3 months out.
First, you'll need to fill out my Wedding Inquiry Questionnaire. Then, I'll put together a rough proposal of what you're needing/wanting. Once you have approved, a 50% deposit will lock your place in my calendar. We'll work together to ensure your final product matches the vision for your wedding Then, I get the privilege of bringing your vision to life!
If for whatever reason you choose to cancel your order before your pieces have been created, I will retain your non-refundable 50% deposit. If you cancel after final design approval has been given, Bellascript Designs reserves the right to retain the full payment amount. Because of the custom nature of all designs, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We will go through rounds of mock ups, which provide ample opportunities to review your wording and your designs. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with anything, let’s talk through it during the design process and figure out a solution!
